How old is the building?
When was the building built? That is a common question
You see on the contract of sale, there are no records of when it was built. There is also no architectural design attached to the contract.
The contract of sale is more concern of the title and the owner.
How would anyone find out how old the building is?
Answer: There is only one way. That is you must go to the local council yourself and pay a small fee and within 28 days, they will bring all the documents that were lodged with the council pertaining to the building. From there, you can work out how old the property is.
