FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

Q. What is the hardest thing about buying a property?

A. The hardest thing is getting the loan approved with certainty. This can only happen when a valuation by the bank has been done. To get to the valuation and final approval can take up to 15 days or more. Often the banker or mortgage brokers lie to you. You probably have been misled.

Q. Why is it so Cheap?

A.Conveyancing is difficult because of the bank loan. To get a loan formally approved will take more than 5 business days. We do are not responsible for your loan and as long you understand that and take care of the loan, we can do conveyancing at a cheaper price for you.
Another reason as to why it can be cheaper is that we ask you to refrain from calling us for answers that you already know. If you are in doubt, it is better you sms or sends an email as this will reduce the time significantly.

Q.Is it safe?

A. We have been in this business for about 20 years and we know it better than most people. It is safe if you co-operate with us when we ask you to do so.

Q.Do I have to be aware of anything else?

A.As long you take reasonable precaution and read any guides we ask you to read, you are safe. If anything else that comes up, we will let you know. We ask for your full co-operation

Q.Are there any hidden charges?

A.All the charges that we are aware of are disclosed honestly. These charges are related to our fees and conveyancing. If anything that comes up (in rare cases, then we will let you know).
