Q. Why is it so Cheap?

A. You only pay for what you need. After the cooling off, you just have to wait to settle but some people are anxious and like to call often which is not necessary and this takes a lot of our time. We encourage you to email or SMS instead. If we can save time, the saving will be passed to you.

Q. Is it safe?

A.We have been in this business for about 20 years and we know it better than most people. It is safe if you co-operate with us when we ask you to do so.

Q.Do I have to be aware of anything else?

A. As long you have answered the list of “Vendor’s instruction” carefully and also read any guides we ask you to read, you are safe. If anything else that comes up, we will let you know.

Q.Are there any hidden charges?

A.All the charges that we are aware of are disclosed honestly. These charges are related to our fees and conveyancing. If anything that comes up (in rare cases, then we will let you know).
