This is where the tenant sign an agreement to rent over an agreed period.

Then there is another part where the tenant has the option to buy by an agreed period.

If the tenant does not buy within the agreed period, the tenant will have to forfeit an option fee.

Our firm believes this type of scheme is too complicated and there are many pitfalls.
